Appart'Hotel Le Trianon Arcachon, Arcachon

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The apartment had lovely furnishings and a fabulous balcony, just one building away from the beach. However, small maintenance issues needed attention. The lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable, especially when hot air blew across our outdoor sitting area. The service was overall attentive and friendly, but some issues were not properly addressed, which could lead to accidents. The location, right beside the casino and a few meters from the beach, was excellent for exploring Arcachon. The dining options were not the best value for money, with limited breakfast choices. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were adequate, and the overall experience was enjoyable.

I found this hotel to be conveniently located in the heart of Arcachon, right on the waterfront promenade. While the rooms were initially clean on arrival, they seemed a bit tired-looking and could use some renovation. The service was pleasant overall, but a little more cheerfulness from the staff would have been appreciated. The highlight of this place is definitely its prime location near the beach and the good reception. Unfortunately, the advertised parking did not accommodate our two motorcycles in the underground car park, causing a minor inconvenience.

I couldn't have asked for a better location; this hotel was perfectly situated close to the beach and near fantastic restaurants. The rooms were incredibly spacious, the largest I've stayed in throughout France, though I wish they had air conditioning. The kitchenette was a great addition, making it feel like a home away from home. The service was good, and the staff was helpful, especially at the reception. However, a bit more warmth and friendliness would have made it even better.
